Dear HR Leadership:

I regret that I give my official resignation to the company at this time .

I came to the company just three months, and I'm very honored to be able to become a member of our company. During three months , I learned a lot, and the company's financial situation is also in good shape. I'm very grateful that the company gave me such a good environment to work and learn.

But I need to resign for personal reasons. In regularization with my salary after the nature of work and measure my ability to work, I feel the salary is not with my expectations. So, I decided to resign.

尊敬的人力資源部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：

我很遺憾自己在這個(gè)時(shí)候向公司正式提出辭職。

我來(lái)公司剛好三個(gè)月了，也很榮幸自己能夠成為醫(yī)院的一員。在醫(yī)院工作的三個(gè)月中，我學(xué)到了很多東西，公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況也處于良好的態(tài)勢(shì)。非常感激公司給予了我在這樣的良好環(huán)境中，工作和學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。

但是我因?yàn)閭�(gè)人原因需要辭職。在對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)正后的薪資與我的工作性質(zhì)和自己工作能力的衡量后，我覺(jué)得與自己的預(yù)期不相符合，出于對(duì)醫(yī)院制度的尊重及個(gè)人發(fā)展的考慮，我決定了辭職。

我希望在20XX年7月20日之前完成工作交接，請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排工作交接人選。在未離開(kāi)崗位之前，我一定會(huì)站好最后一班崗，我所在崗位的工作請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)盡管分配，我一定會(huì)盡自己的職，做好應(yīng)該做的事。

望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn)我的申請(qǐng)，并請(qǐng)協(xié)助辦理相關(guān)離職手續(xù)。
