我很注意自身的品德行為，努力給學(xué)生樹(shù)立一個(gè)良好的榜樣。我們學(xué)校是九年一貫制學(xué)校，因此學(xué)生也有其特殊性，小學(xué)生與中學(xué)生在各個(gè)方面都存在著很大的差異。而我兼顧小學(xué)初中兩門(mén)完全不同的功課，在處理師生關(guān)系時(shí)就要注意區(qū)別對(duì)待了。現(xiàn)在的中學(xué)生正處在一個(gè)特殊的學(xué)習(xí)階段：即對(duì)社會(huì)開(kāi)始有所接觸，這個(gè)時(shí)候的學(xué)生很容易模仿成人的一些行為習(xí)慣，很多壞習(xí)慣也有很多好習(xí)慣都是在這個(gè)階段養(yǎng)成的，是好是壞跟教師的言傳身授有很大的關(guān)系。而這個(gè)時(shí)候老師是學(xué)生最直接最容易的學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)象，因此，我盡量的在中學(xué)生面前以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，不管在課堂里還是在課外我都努力塑造一個(gè)良好的形象。而面對(duì)小學(xué)生時(shí)則有所不同，課堂上我嚴(yán)格要求自己也嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生，但在課外我努力與學(xué)生做朋友，用心與他們溝通，希望能真正了解他們的所想所愛(ài)。總得來(lái)說(shuō)，我做的一切目的是一樣的，就是希望能幫助學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)。
“學(xué)高為師，德高為范”。作為一名新老師，在如今信息技術(shù)日新月異，發(fā)展很快的年代，自身的學(xué)識(shí)相當(dāng)重要。所以工作以來(lái)，我不斷學(xué)習(xí)，絲毫不敢松懈，繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)成為我工作學(xué)習(xí)中重要的一部分。除了參加新教師培訓(xùn)，我還繼續(xù)本科深造，一有空閑時(shí)間，我便潛心研究教學(xué)方法，學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)技術(shù)，將所學(xué)的教學(xué)理論與教學(xué)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。雖然在這一年的工作中，我的教學(xué)方法還不是很成熟，但我已學(xué)到了很多并將繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)。在這一年里，我擔(dān)任小學(xué)四年級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)和科學(xué)、綜合、美術(shù)，三年級(jí)科學(xué)，二年級(jí)美術(shù)等教學(xué)工作，同時(shí)擔(dān)任學(xué)校電腦管理員，會(huì)計(jì)工作充實(shí)而不乏挑戰(zhàn)。教學(xué)是一項(xiàng)細(xì)致的工作，也是注重技巧的工作，于是我常常想把教學(xué)當(dāng)成一門(mén)藝術(shù)來(lái)研究。不僅在平時(shí)的教學(xué)工作中認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，精心設(shè)計(jì)符合學(xué)情的教學(xué)預(yù)案，在課堂教學(xué)中根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的情況，即使反思并調(diào)整教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，盡量讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮學(xué)習(xí)的自主性，讓孩子們快樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)并學(xué)有所獲。我還積極參與區(qū)市級(jí)教研活動(dòng)，吸取前輩的教訓(xùn)和專(zhuān)家的指導(dǎo)，總結(jié)出自己的想法。在教師考核中，是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，學(xué)海無(wú)涯，今后我將花更多的時(shí)間在課堂教學(xué)方法、策略的研究上。
未來(lái)路漫漫，相信在今后的工作學(xué)習(xí)中，我定能改善不足，發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在教育的路上越走越好，全面而不失風(fēng)格！

我是一個(gè)樂(lè)觀向上、工作充滿(mǎn)激情、對(duì)未來(lái)有美好向往的年輕小伙子。我很喜歡參加各活動(dòng)，因?yàn)檫@樣可以更好的鍛煉自己，我曾經(jīng)和同學(xué)一起舉辦過(guò)假期補(bǔ)課班，并且成功了。還參加了學(xué)校的招生工作。在校期間一直身為班干部，還做過(guò)校園廣播站編輯。我對(duì)自己充滿(mǎn)信心，無(wú)論是做過(guò)的事，還是對(duì)于一件新鮮的事情，我都會(huì)努力去做，并且盡自己的能力將他做好，我為人很謙虛，只要?jiǎng)e人在某方面比我強(qiáng)，我就會(huì)很謙虛的`去請(qǐng)教。我渴望能跟一些高素質(zhì)的人群在一起工作，這樣會(huì)讓我有危機(jī)感，讓我不斷去學(xué)習(xí)、去拼搏。我不好做表面工作，喜歡踏實(shí)工作，低年級(jí)時(shí)甚歡樂(lè)。班主任姓粱，極慈祥，伙伴親密如一家。可惜好景不長(zhǎng)，三年級(jí)插班時(shí)并入二班，亦搬家至先住地。此班同學(xué)待人冷漠，妒性強(qiáng)，不以誠(chéng)心相對(duì)；搬家后住處離小學(xué)甚遠(yuǎn)，與同學(xué)不能互通有無(wú)，更增隔膜。在此班中度日如年，幾欲轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)而不得，只得整日學(xué)習(xí)，以慰無(wú)聊。常受老師表?yè)P(yáng)，實(shí)不知乃出于無(wú)奈。
畢業(yè)后，考入北京八中。此地環(huán)境優(yōu)美，令人心怡。同學(xué)大都多才，且全班關(guān)系和諧。老師深得學(xué)生之心。平日同學(xué)高談闊論（吾班謂之“扯”），我時(shí)�；煊谄渲�，其樂(lè)融融。吾不愛(ài)體育，便去打電腦看小說(shuō)。生活充實(shí)學(xué)業(yè)得志，不亦樂(lè)乎！現(xiàn)升入初二，今后之事，還未得知。
吾從小到大愛(ài)好甚多，卻無(wú)一成為特長(zhǎng)。琴棋書(shū)畫(huà)，只略知其一。小學(xué)時(shí)得過(guò)些獎(jiǎng)：在市英語(yǔ)科技競(jìng)賽中，一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)各獲過(guò)一次，在新加坡數(shù)學(xué)競(jìng)賽中獲過(guò)三等獎(jiǎng)，鋼琴過(guò)了九級(jí)。中學(xué)后便無(wú)一所獲。目前無(wú)大志，只把心胸豁達(dá)作為最高追求，喜愛(ài)金庸先生之《笑傲江湖》，及李白、辛棄疾之詩(shī)詞。愿今后不負(fù)自己及家長(zhǎng)之望，小事開(kāi)心、大事順利、少出差錯(cuò)，足矣。
