英語面試口語對話：看似與工作無關(guān)的問題其實(shí)是陷阱
Pay attention to the simple questions
當(dāng)被問及看似與無關(guān)工作的細(xì)節(jié)，如興趣愛好等，怎么回答?
Sometimes an interview question might seem very simple but, don’t be deceived, there is always a reason for them asking that question. Here is some questions & answers：
有時候一個面試問題看上去也許非常的簡單，但是不要被蒙騙了。HR問你的任何問題都是有他的理由的，下面就是一些示例：
Q: If you had to compare yourself with any animal; which one would it be and why?
問：如果把你比作一種動物，你覺得你是哪一種?為什么?
A: "A lion because although they are independent, they also work well within their group”
答：獅子，因?yàn)殡m然他們很獨(dú)立，他們也能很好地團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。
Q: Describe how a sport or hobby taught you a lesson in teamwork?
問：說一下哪種體育運(yùn)動或者愛好教你很好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作?
A: "When I was at college my basketball coach taught me to pass the ball, if it was to my team’s advantage. So now I always look out for my team mates."
答：大學(xué)時期，我的籃球教練教我怎么在最有利于團(tuán)隊(duì)的情況下傳球，所以現(xiàn)在我總是會從考慮團(tuán)隊(duì)利益的情況下行動。
Q: "What books or magazines do you read?"
問：你一般讀什么書或者雜志?
Hint:The books you read tell the interviewer something about your personality. Mentioning a relevant journal would be a good idea, saying you don’t like to read would be a bad idea!
提示：人們通過你的書知道你的性格，所以提到一兩份刊物會是不錯的回答，說你不喜歡閱讀是很壞的回答方式。
A:"A trade journal relevant to the company's line of business"
答：一份有關(guān)公司行業(yè)內(nèi)的商業(yè)雜志。
Question:"What were your favourite subjects in school and why?"
問：你在學(xué)校最喜歡的科目是什么?為什么?
Hint: Mention anything that shows an interest in the employer's kind of work. Bring up any interesting or unusual projects in that area.
提示：提到跟面試公司經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)有關(guān)系的科目，展示你對它的興趣，提到那個學(xué)科涉及到的一些有趣的或者不尋常的項(xiàng)目。
Question:"What do you like to do in your spare time?"
問：你在空閑時間喜歡做什么?
Hint: It’s good to have strong outside interests and if they are pastimes that would be an asset to the job, so much the better.
